Gordon CEO departures Gordon to retire from grain and feed group The $5.5M-revenue National Grain and Feed Association announced that CEO Randy Gordon would retire next year after NGFA's 125th annual convention. Gordon has been with NGFA for 43 years, including the last eight as CEO. The Nebraska native joined the association in 1978 as director of information services and was promoted to VP for communications and government relations in 1987. He received an award from the Food and Drug Administration in 2005 for his efforts against bovine spongiform encephalopathy.
